I wish we could see the founder tag from the get go in the opposing team at the beginning of the game (waiting for an actually working matchmaking system), at least I'd know which games to quit right away before bothering in a Pug vs Premade curbstomping.
If anything, it also proves that being coordinated on TS (and experienced) overpowers a 1.5v1 unfavorable ratio too.

Really? The whining and fatalism is getting old, there is no reason for an outnumbered team to beat the team outnumbering them all things being equal. But hey all things aren't equal are they. Alot of people will disconnect because they don't feel like actually trying to win, some people refuse to believe actual coordination will win matches and that ramboing is a bad idea.
So clearly the self inflicted inequality is the fault of the people actually using the tools available to them and even more to the point when only half a team can be a "dreaded" premade it's still "too much" for pugs to handle. Gee not to open this can of worms again but didn't we all say that the problem wasn't with 8 man's it was with people refusing to believe in a team based game that were the problem.

I never said that the team that won by using the tools at their disposal was guilty of "anything". I merely stated that the OP confirmed my suspicions in some ways (about founder tag in general, when in 3-4 number), and that the matchmaking system is quite literally at level 0 right now (hopefully the Nov. 20th update will bring much needed choices there).
Aside from that, blaming the PUGs for not teaming up on TS ... I must have missed the part where PGI said their game was for premade teams organized with TS only, instead of catering for both the premades and the drop in/ drop out playstyles.
Let me know if you find the quote.

Where did i say "premade teams organized with ts only" I can show you the quote where pgi flat out says the focus of this game is team based play. I can show you where they advocate ts, I can show you where they provided a voice option (albeit a less than optimal one). Not to mention you don't even need voice or even a premade to cooperate.
the main reason pugs lose.... 2 guys d/c or sfk, 2 guys wander off on their own ramboing, and 3 guys chase the first squirrel that crosses their path. There is no coordination, with behaviour like that losing is no surprise. I have watched pugs destroy other pugs, i have watched pug's destroy premades, I have watched premades destroy premades... and they all have in common the team that acts like my example gets destroyed by the team that doesn't.

Point in case, a match I played yesterday:
PUG match on Caustic, we start at the lake drop zone. The team heads up to the crater rim to snipe across the caldera when a HBK and a COM pushes through our line. I take out the COM and someone else take out the HBK. 2-0 to us, so I join the fight around the rim, taking pot-shots at the enemy. After a while I realize there's only red triangles around me and look up at the score: We're down 2-5.
I circle back towards our base thinking I need to find at least one team-mate or perhaps just run and hide. I come across a rather badly hurt Cat on my team, and that's when I decide "ah hell, better go out in a blaze of glory". So I swing back up into the Caldera and start shooting.
At this time I'm out of ammo for my Streaks, so the only weapon I have left is a Large Laser. Nevertheless, I kill a 'Phract in the Caldera, and then a Cat, wounding another 'Phract so bad it starts to pull back. Last enemy in the caldera is a Cat, so I start firing at that, but seeing it's quite lightly damaged, I decide to chase down the wounded 'Phract.
I find it on the other side of the ridge-line and while dodging LRMs from the Cat in the caldera, I finish it off. Meanwhile, the Cat in the caldera has decided to join the fight, and so has the wounded Cat on my team. We dance for a minute or so before my team-mate gets the killing shot on the enemy Cat. The score is now 7-5 to us, and there's no enemies in sight. As I head for the cap and the victory I can't help but to type out in general chat:
"And that, my friends, is how you play a Commando".
We win by cap and I get about 2k XP.

It's all imaginary money in the end anyway
Of course I think we got lucky with that one. That or the founders are totally OP and they should be nerfed.

Nice work.
For anyone that is totally incapable of counting, the sides were:
- 3 Founders, 1 Trial player, 2 non-founders with owned mechs
- 2 Founders, 2 Trial players, 4 non-founders with owned mechs
Assuming that each founder, trial and owned mech nullifies one on the other side, we wind up with 1 founder mech vs 2 owned mechs and a trial mech. I've played hundreds of games from mid-beta onwards and while I'm pretty good, I don't think I'm that good.
As far as those who think "that damage is impossible" go and count the kills and assists. AceTimberWolf and CanadianBacon both shot at 7 of the enemies mechs at some point during the fight and they killed 5 of the enemy mechs between them. They must have gotten stuck into every fight on that battlefield and given far better than they got.
But did they win because they are godly founders? No. They won because the rest of the team kept playing. If the trial and non-founders guys had dropped in the first minute, it would have been 8 vs 3 and the winners of this game would have been the losers.

Four of their players bought early access to the game, one on the other team. Practice matters, that's how you build skill... Why do you guys always pretend that buying that extra practice time isn't an advantage? You can't really be that stupid, so I'm guessing that you just don't want to admit that you BOUGHT some extra practice, that translated into extra skill, that translated into extra kills.
Anyways, I am a tool... I'm super useful stanless steel multi-tool, with a tiny little saw and everything

Whats wrong with someone showing some balls and sticking the fight out to the bitter end?
