If I was piloting an Direwolf I'd probably just have a Piranah tucked behind the seat. You know as a sidearm.

Realistically in todays world probably a P-90 with 4 sticks of 5.7x28 ap rounds.

The Sig 552 (CQB variant) is Legal in Canada. It's all I need. The suppressor is for obvious reasons.

Home defense, 12 gauge with buck shot, nothing lets a criminal know they came in the wrong house in the dead of night than hearing a shotgun being racked. Every criminal knows that sound. You don't have to say anything, just rack the round into the chamber and wait.

In a 'mech: welding torch and maybe hand-explosives.
At home: mini-Uzi, maybe two.

Wonder if lightsabers can deflect energy weapons... If so, I'll take on a Warhawk after ejecting ;)

For range, I think I'll go with a SCAR-H Short, preferably with the EGLM attached (and an ACOG up top). Gotta love having the stopping power of a sniper rifle in a rifle barely larger than an M4...

Chuck Norris' clone bodyguard would be great for me.

I'd roll out of my mech in a high tech version of the pope mobile. With a man portable PPC turret on top.

Verpine Shatter guns are only in Star Wars, but if I could I would use it as a personal defense weapon in this game.

Mk 18 - saw someone suggest the SCAR H - the shortest barrel length for the Mk 17 is 13", which is still pretty large for a PDW. It does have a folding stock, but its pretty much worthless when you try to shoot it with the stock folded. I'd also recommend an Elcan Specter DR over an ACOG as you can use it as a red dot or a scope if you needed to.

Here's a pic how my SCAR 17S is set up currently, minus the tango down grip which I took off as it was too heavy, ruining the balance and chi of the rifle:

I'll let that sink in for a bit.

PDW? Clearly an SWS-Motorized Pulse Rifle is the best you can get.

Whoever said the P90 earlier was spot on.

Why? Because the P90 was DESIGNED for this purpose. The P90 was intended as a small, light PDW for vehicle crews, one that would carry a lot of firepower for its size, and the design is perfect in every way a gun can be perfect for this purpose.

The top-loading clip enables more rounds to be carried than otherwise would be (50, more than most PDWs by far), which is paired with a much higher fire rate than most PDWs (900rounds/min, a few late model MP5s match it), yet the light rounds produce less recoil them 9mm rounds, and have a much flatter trajectory because of their higher speed, making the gun vastly more controllable.

This thing is a monstrous weapon, as PDWs go. That's probably why when the US entered Iraq, they demanded such a high volume of P90 ammunition, that MGM actually had to stop using so many P90s when filming Stargate SG-1, because manufacturers literally couldn't keep up with military demand, while also supplying blanks for the show (hence the replacement with a modified M16 for one of the characters).

I think I'd go with some kind of wall gun. Damn things were small cannons .60 caliber and up. And good for 550 meters.

Well, I am sort of fond of my Steyr HBAR variant, still compact enough, but the heavy and 24" barrel with the sights would allow me to keep the enemy at bay while I run lol.

Here's a few pics of her, there's only 1000 in the U.S. so I'm proud to own and shoot her.
