Zeph, I blame you for the suckiness of my last few nights' meching. Seriously dude, it's all YOUR fault(somehow), there'll be hell to pay next time I catch you on Skype.

Absolutely nothing to do with me. Nor the amount of strongbow consumed this week.

Smittiferous, I blame YOU for it being too cold to go outside and fly my RC airplane models. :D

Then again I have to get them fixed up anyway - my poor Micro P-51 exploded her battery last summer and I haven't flown her since. T_T

I blame you for running brushless. Nitro all the way, baby! If you had REAL engines I could look through my old geezer's notes and give you some wicked fuel blends.

As cool as nitro would be, I blame you for the fact that I 1.) prefer small (as in approximately Air Hogs sized) electrics so I can simply walk to the nearest field or park and fly to my hearts content, 2.) I don't have the extra money to spare on fuel and have to keep this hobby as cheap as possible  and 3.) if/when I crash my planes I would rather not have them explode into a fireball...

If I ever start flying nitro I'll let you know though.

I blame you for nitroglycerin being perfect for impact-triggered bullets/bombs if it wasn't so unstable.

Cooling it makes it stable enough, but try packing a refrigerator into the tip of a bullet (it'd be much easier to use a bullet that is a C4 body, with a micro computer in the tip to detect impact. Then you just use magnetic fields to propel the bullet out of the gun and when it hits something, boom)

Actually, the concept of modern rifles using that is realistic.

Granted, it would be expensive and dangerous, but with the right precautions it is a valid type of ammo/gun. Like I said, traditional propulsion techniques (chemical reactions) would just trigger the C4. You'd have to have a magnetic field (like a Gauss rifle or Rail gun, but not as powerful) shooting it out. Designing the microchip would be easy if you could custom print the chip.

I believe the US Army tested exploding rounds for its M16 and M4 rifles, but the ammo was banned for use in warfare as being excessively brutal without actually being more effective than regular bullets. Can't remember where I read it though.

I blame you for my cat rapidly turning on and off the computer, corrupting the BIOS and Windows 8 with a single paw.
