Now after the patch i have a weird cpu lag, no matter on what resolution or settings i play, the lag stays the same.
Does anyone else have this problem since the new patch ?

It may not be economically viable for everyone, but it is a 100% fix to the problem.
Even if they optimized the code tomorrow, it DOES NOT MEAN that the game specifications are going to stay fixed in stone forever, especially as they add polish and additional processor intensive substance to the game. The only true way to resolve the performance long term is to evolve.

I know my rig is a bit out of date int e8400 and is a bottle neck in my system. ( even with agressive oc )So I am doing a brand new build with the i5 3750k reusing my MSI 660ti twin frozer and throwing 16gd of mem to it. Once the parts come in I'll give some feed back. Time to upgrade anyways and at least I'll have three diffrent comps to test out settings. They really should look into adjusting the min spec though.
