Good point. I actually run with my shadow settings to low, I haven't noticed a difference in FPS though and the shadows are still animated on low. Maybe it's just some optimization issues that they need to fix with certain cards, especially with the GTX 600 series it seems... I'm running 550ti and no matter what settings I run i always get 40-50. High on everything sets me down to 30ish range.

Has anyone gotten an answer if they want to implement some form of walking for the mechs or is the screen shake all we get? (not ********.. i just saw the question hundreds of time but never an answer from the devs).
