How can people even justify complaining about this? A random little sale? Does anyone actually think that this sale has taken any effort away from the bugfix drive?

I really thought the surprise was going to be the Frozen City Night map being that it is already announced, on the "Game" page and was even mentioned in a couple of promo spots.

I think the problem was compounded by them getting people excited by announcing a 'surprise', which had people hoping for something better than a sales promotion. They need to work on their PR a li' bit.
