In lieu of the upcoming patch I'd really like to know what they mean by "erase". Is this only erased from the mech or do previous camo patterns that were paid for with MCs disappear forever?
There are examples from other F2P games where you can buy one time use elixiers and such for RM but usually you get a large stack of them, lets say around 50 for about USD 2-3. Paying ca. USD 5 per pattern and then not even being able to apply multiple times sounds wrong to me.
I completely am for incentives to spend my MCs, especially on fluff like patterns and cockpit items, but its been generally acknowledged e that in most cases when you spend real money on virtual items, these items are inventoried permanently (with an exception to one time use items, where its clearly stated and then you usually get multiple items to use - another example trading card game items for WoW).

It would be nice if we could "unlock" colors that are currently for MC [not schemes] (for unlocking master on a mech, as a reward) but then have to use C-bills to use it after that and this would be active on every mech and the color is predetermined. Or you could have it so that you unlock a new palette for the mech you unlocked master for! Just thinking (and dreaming) of some ideas for those rewards that they say they might add...

Why limit them to very specific mechs?
Desert Camo
- Atlas
- Hunchback
- Jenner
Gradient
- Jenner
Razzle Dazzle
- Hunchback
Three Panel
- Atlas
- Jenner
White Head
- Jenner
No Raven in there. I am disappoint.

In the today's patch note it was explained why not all mechs got these.

So, I'm confused. If I buy a paint job for a mech, say a Cataphract, and then I want to change to a different chassis will I keep the paint since it's technically the same mech, or do I have to buy a new paint job for each chassis?

This is a great idea. Offering a new palette, but still having to let the player decide if he wants to use MC or C-bill colors.

it is a different varient (and mech altogether) so it does not transfer; I know it sucks!

- Stop charging for Camo. Charge for CAMO once you have ironed out the glitches.
- Add selection to the Camo
- The choices aren't all that engaging nor seem to provide any advantage on the battlefield, so they are mainly brag purchases. Nice. OK. Give me something to brag about. Color charges? For real? Add some significant palette then!
- The people who willingly and lovingly bled their money in exchange for the Founders packages get the cold shoulder when it comes to customize the Founder's Mech. WHY? Why don't you keep the unique turquoise color as a strip and give us the other two colors to do as we please. Use a distinctive Turquoise for a single distinctive color only for Founders, leaving the other two free to apply to different camo styles on such mechs.

Thank you.

It is perhaps the worst dress up feature I have ever seen in a game.

The founder pattern has 1 colour channel.
Given that forced camo takes away from game immersion, will it not be beneficial to assume hero and founder so called unique distinctiveness lies on their unique hard point configurations as to release this unnecessary stand against the desire for customization of such units?
Obviously there is money to be made is allowing their camo to be unique to them, but not their only choice. A mech that can't chnage camo simply makes no sense. Yen lo wang eternally trapped in Solaris camo?
