Reminds me of my sysadmin days: "SCSI is *not* magic. There are fundamental technical reasons why you have to sacrifice a young goat to your SCSI chain every now and then."" :)

Yes, I'm old enough to still have nightmares about improperly terminated SCSI chains.

Oh, and good luck!

Hah. Yeah, thank God I'm too young to have had to terminate SCSI or BNC. The newest generation isn't even taught subneting unless they get a CCNA, thanks to IPv6. Heck, hey don't even have to worry about split horizons or loop backs thanks to all the smart switches. Sucks if they get stuck on a legacy network though. Some data centers still use hubs :D.

As Brian Johnson would say: "Well I'm back in black, yes I'm back in black" :)

New update incoming. The hard point system is fixed. The problem was that ballistic hard points were attaching themselves to AMS hard points.

This should now be fixed. Expect the update to propagate in the next few hours.

NOTE: The update may not be automatic this time around. If the update hasn't appeared in a few hours, check the play store for a manual update.

Cheers.

Well, this is how our meetings usually turn out:

I want to thank everyone for support the app, and those who have donated!

We're discussing how to integrate a mechlab right now, but we don't have anything concrete yet. It's possible we may do it in 3d instead of 2d, but again, we haven't fully decided yet.

There is also a good chance that this will come with a web version as well, which would tie into the app and any other mech lab that uses an xml format.

Updating the app for the latest patch. It should roll out sometime tomorrow. Also, we're going to rebuild the entire app while adding the mech lab, This will allow us to (eventually) port it to IOS and Blackberry.

Cheers!

It's on the drawing board. We have some really cool ideas, but sadly we aren't actually paid to make this, so there is only so much time in the day we can devote to it :(

Most websites work on smartphones, but they aren't optimized for it. They're slow, buggy, and clunky to work with. That's why there are still native apps being produced.

It's a nice app and good quick reference for MWO. It also helped pass the time in the doctor's office waiting room where I can't get a damned signal on my phone. Can't wait to see the new features!

Glad we could help ;)

+++++++

Some great news! If you listen to the most recent NGNG podcast (as of today, Sept 5th), Bryan Ekman announced that he is pushing for a public API, including a standard for exporting a mech build from a 3rd party mech lab to the game. No guarantees or further information was given, but I really hope they add a substantial set of API's for us to work with!

It should disappear automatically. It looks like the international in app purchasing functionality is slightly different. I'll PM you about it.
