Some early note:
-Gauss Rifle, so it's in the game now.
-Won't seen any ER or Pulse Laser weapons...
-In the left side, we seen four scale: Tonnage, Armor, Firepower and Heat Eff. The first two is working (at least seems to be), the second two are not.
-In the Armor scale, the of end of scale if 700 for the Hunchback, and the actual number is 320 that's wont fit for the Hunchback, not even close, it's around double the TT numbers. So it's looks either the armor distribution have a different kind of settings, or the armor scale won't work too.
-We see the hardpoint restriction, Ballisitc / Energy / Missile,(perhaps the basic) Hunchback have 1 Energy in the Head, 2 Energy in each Arms, none on the Left Torso, and 2 Ballistic in the Right Torso.
-11.250 a Smal Las, 40.000 C an Med Las, 100.000 a Large Las, 200.000 an PPC, but 300.000 an AC/20, 200.000 an AC/10, 125.000 an AC/5, and 75.000 an AC/2? O.o

Also, Gauss Rifle is confirmed!
Same price as an AC/20, too... not bad.

1) Recon tasks get specific points for recons. Great to reward roles. However, it also can limit people to doing only those items that get them more points. I'd love that the team outcomes weigh the greatest on the points you get, the other stuff just small bonuses
2) Two reticules that don't converge at the same speed, its a nice realism touch while turning. Still wondering what the exact control scheme is going to be.
3) LRMS cool. Mechlab cooler.

Good call, im still going through all the video goodness! They look Beautiful, from the little video player anyway. The impact visual was pretty cool, that Atlas armor just ate it up though.

You'll have stolen my time and my wallet for at least the next 10 years now. Congratulations it's an absolute Stonker and I'm gobsmacked at the quality of gameplay in these videos, surely a Mechwarrior Game to rival and exceed all others, so happy....
Blackfang out.
EDIT: Why does IGN say it's due for release in the US and UK as of 30th June 2012 is that the open beta planned release date?

Exactly what i came here to ask, i really hope that after making it look as good as it does, dead mechs are not going to vanish like that...that would actually be worse than MW4's death sequence.

You're not looking at finalized gameplay; the game's still in development. There were bugs and issues here or there. I for one like that PGI openly shows us the game at these usually internal-only stages. A bug here or there will get squashed in no time.

You're looking at alpha screens. It's normal to have placeholders all over the place.
