When the bot disconnects after doing its thang, it's useless anyway.
May as well deprive the enemy of Component destroyed XP and Cbills.
I leave myself open, but as I said, the ones who do that are so stupid they deserve the loss of XP and Cbills, while those who aren't that stupid don't bother me.
Reporting by name, map, time of day, and such is a very long and tedious process.
And they will either fill the message bank, or multiple redundant messages of the same nature are ignored.
[REDACTED] has screencaps showing his advertisement of where to find info on how to get his script.
He obviously doesn't care if he's found out. If he's named.
And official response to it?
Nothing. No patch, no statements. Over this crap; where we're being made to sit through either suicide botting or the same Streak cats over and over again.
This is my official vote of no confidence in the punitive measures this community takes. We must take the action I illustrate - destroying all non-essential parts of the suicide bots before they disconnect so they lose the contribution bonuses - or nothing will be done at all.
Wishful thinking, headcanon, and filing more paperwork has done nothing.

Edit:
AFK I generally leave alone. Once they start trying to make a Rammstein concert I put them down. There's that initial calm point in each map that everybody seems to look around to see if anyone's AFK.
Besides. We on the whole know the names of the common culprits. It's a fair thing to assume when it's them that they'll be doing what they do.
I don't seek to destroy allies if they're not botting. Some people are a bit slow on the startup. But if they look right up and maybe walk back slowly while firing 6 Large lasers? No-brainer right there.
EDIT:
Foul language I can understand. But naming is not a thing any board other than this one cares about. God forbid we are able to identify one another, thanks MWO Gestapo; I'll swear less from now on.
