I love the unseens too but since the legal issues, its been hard getting them into games... sigh... my fav of the unseens definitely are the Marauder, Warhammer and Rifleman. Well, we can take consolation in the fact that at least Marauder's right arm and legs are in the game (Cataphract! Its made up of Marauder right arms and legs + Phoenix hawk cockpit and left arm).

Its interesting nobody mentioned Black Hawk. :)

As I've said in other threads, please put in fast (or at least somewhat-faster) jump-capable mediums. They were my favorites from the board game, and for me, were every bit as iconic for the game as Marauders and Warhammers. Please put in the jump-capable examples of the so-called 'workhorses' of the Inner Sphere.

Things like the Assassin, Phoenix Hawk, Griffin, Wolverine, Dervish, Chimera, and Uziel leap to mind off of the top of my head. Some of those are among the 'unseen' mechs, but they are just examples.

Currently, I find myself waiting for a single jump-capable variant of the Trebuchet whenever that is supposed to come out.

Either a Bushwacker or a Ryoken. I'm a sucker for good mediums.

And yes, I do know the Bushwacker hasn't been created yet. I can wait three years.

MadCat mk.III - the medium mech.

Since we're on a 1 day = 1 day timescale... You'll be waiting until 2053 for that. Its a sweet design though.

None of the mech designs that any of us know and love will have any resemblance to the mechs that will appear in MWO. This will be especially true of the Clan mechs. Triple heat MWO throws all previous designs out the window. Any canon design that might have been used before is now completely obsolete and will be trash in this high heat environment. They were usually hot running mechs to begin with, but since MWO has tripled firing rates with only single heat dissipation, they are all now EZ Bake Ovens. Nerfed DHS makes Clans less formidable, so they aren't so hot (heh) anymore either.
This heat system is broken, so therefore any canon mech will be broken as well.

Uuuh...wishlist...it is so long that it would burn Santas beard...and balls

1)Daishi (prometheus as hero mech)
2)Hauptmann (i love the cigar, ultimate coolness)
3)Uziel
4)Bushwacker
5)And a Flea to give Jennars and Commandos a taste of there own medicine^^

And many many more.

The flea is slower than a Jenner...Same speed as a Commando.

The mech I'm waiting for changes on a daily basis. Right now I'll be happy with the Stalker, but that will change after it's released...

CPLT-C5: Upgraded Arrow-IV Catapult design

BLR-series: The Battlemaster (I'd even go for a "reseen" design if need be)

CRB-series: The Crab is another one of those mechs that was EVERYWHERE...

BZK-series: The Hollander would be the ultimate choice for dedicated snipers; fast, with a high-mounted main weapon for pop- shots over cover. (The issue comes down to the incorporation of the F5 & F7 variants, which increases the mech's
mech's tonnage from 35 to 45, putting it from the light class to the medium class)

LCT-series: The Locust... The pre-emminent light mech. Its the JEEP WRANGLER of the Mech world. Countless designs
and modifications. Produced by every house, Solaris Stable, and even some pirate and bandit groups... I know
its another "unseen", but seriously...

MAD-series: Marauder... "Unseen", but one of the most prolific, and most feared, mechs ever built in the Inner Sphere.

QKD-series: The Quickdraw is essentially a 60-ton Commando. It runs 86kph, and hauls a decent weapons load.

I'll admit, I have a soft spot for this guy too:

In MWO I'd run a hybrid of the A and C configurations.

OK, I'll say it again; I want a Phoenix Hawk LAM. I know, not likely but I love the mech.
I'd settle for a Highlander for now.
I'm also fond of the Vindicator, Trebuchet, and Griffin. Those and a LAM were my first lance so long ago.
