This is a fantastic idea! We need more community growth stuff like this.

Personally my main community focus is trying to work on or at least figure out how to dampen the head butting of the PUG & Premades folks. I find the whole argument pointless. I understand there will be elitism but there is no reason to create threads bashing one another.

Edit: Most of the support I do is in-game. I try my best to help new or less skillful pug players get the idea of what to do or teaching them basic do's and don'ts. I chose to be a Lone Wolf so I spend most of my time playing with them so I have taken it upon myself to make better players out of the ones that need help.

I'm not very good at getting my thoughts down fully...

tl;dr: If you see someone doing something silly or wrong in a pug match don't yell at them and call them an *****. In a friendly fashion tell them how to correct their nub pug ways. Thus promoting a more skilled and aware player base.

Hey S3dition great post man. And to everyone on the list so far congrats I think I've dropped with or against all of you at least once.

Anyway, I will be attending the SpikeTV Video Game Awards this Friday night. It is a LIVE event hosted by Samuel Jackson and it will be broadcast from Full Sail University, at 9pm EST.

I believe we all have invested our time and money and have built great friendships in this game community thus far. I will be speaking with the Editors of Chief of many major gaming magazines as well as industry executives, and fellow students that are looking to come and play this game.

I believe the development team is doing an outstanding job, and are helping to create a great online community here....btw thanks Garth.

I would also like to add that Helmer has always been welcoming to myself, and even back in the early days when the TS3 servers were being set up, he helped many of the Merc Corps get their rooms set up, etc.

Steele's 1st Legion of Thunder says thank you to everyone who is doing their part to make this game a better experience for everyone!

Alright everyone, big patch on Tuesday. Remember that you don't need someone to nominate you. Just let me know how you feel that you have helped and I'll put your name in one category. Each victor will be chosen by their peers during a vote on January 1st (though I'll leave voting open for at least 3 days).

This upcoming patch includes a new mech and game mode, so it's a great opportunity to spread the word and get new/old members to stop in. We have plenty of space for contenders, so get out there and make a difference!
