Um...
Do you realize you are using Living Legends' copyrighted logo on your website?
http://www.mechlivinglegends.net/
I don't think they would appreciate that, considering it is an app for their competition.

Actually, MWLL has no copyright on that image as they do not own a license to the IP/game and stand to make no commercial gain from their product. Given the work that this guy has put in (and kudos to you for it!) I would wager that he liked their image and is paying homage to them or just grabbed an image from a GIS search to help flesh the page out.

Well, as far as I understand it, they made that image and it is original artwork belonging to that project. While I applaud the merits of the site Arnon has built, I do not believe he should lift art from a competing volunteer project and display it at the top of his site with no reference to or association with the creator.
Original art (since 1989) is by default under a copyright by the creator, which in this case would be the MWLL project as per the developer license agreement.
This has nothing to do with ownership of the IP (although they do have permission for non-commercial use from Microsoft) or commercial status of the mod, neither of which have any bearing on the ownership of developed assets.
I have posted the issue in the staff forums over at MWLL, so if they wish to do anything about it I suppose someone will be in touch. I would advise the artwork be removed for the sake of propriety and good will.

Don't fight over this, guys! I will remove the image when I get some time. I found it using a free icon finder and trusted the uploader. I really had no idea it's from MWLL

I'm sure someone will be kind enough to make you an icon if you ask about.
