Nice thread, happy to see so many old-schoolers. Would be cool if a few more would show up and play like Matty that crazy german.
I just hope MWO doesn't suffer the same fate as most cash-shop games though and that its actually entertaining to last a while.

He's not the only vet who isn't happy with this game. It's a shame this game isn't more appealing to a lot of our old wing mates but I don't entirely blame them, this game is still pretty light on content and there's a certain satisfaction missing from making good shots that I don't get from this game, but did get in MW4.

I have played a few drops now, in PUG's and semi-coordinated team games and I have yet to feel the pull that mech3 or mech4 had. Going to keep at it though for a couple reasons, this is a beta build and I am still grinding out the trial mechs lol.

I remember a lot of these names. I left MW4 when my last reliable 2v2 partner went to jail for crashing into a 7/11.

I remember OnlashLoc from....Fire Mandrill? He used to send me hate messages. I probably deserved it, but can't remember because I was self-medicated.

Played Starlance and R&R (I think) with Silver Scourge, Under Black Beard and Peg Leg... Right up to the day that it all fell apart and we all went our own "Cyber Ways" would be Great To find some of the Old Crew... Blackbeard, Pegleg, Rabbit, Destro, Gonzo, Randomheart.. Just a Few of my old Mech Whuppin' buddies.
