Please nerf the 9M pgi.

Every time we play against it half my team is crippled with laughter as we watch newbies shut down and sit there begging to be pounded.

Why can't I see who voted for the option of "I am an ***** who cannot play this game"

The first option. The 9M is horrible.

Watch me pop your side torso from 600+ and I'm not even in a K2!

It's sorta unclean how I watch lights leg-humping -9Ms as they flail in near-perpetual shutdowns, overheating every time they try and keep up with whatever's shooting at them.

If there was ever an example of how badly the DHS nerf can cripple an assault 'Mech, the -9M is the poster child. It's biggest virtue is being able to overheat-suicide itself with overrides faster than any Trial 'Mech, ever- thereby getting the newbie off the field and into something they might actually be able to fight in quickly. ^ ^

Theres nothing quite like watching a 9M charge up the middle of the map in caustic push forward into the caldera and doing this.

"OH **** ENEMY JENNER MUST FIRE ALL PPCS AT IT!"

from perspective of jenner

"Hey nice disco ppcs!" PANG

"Ouch bits of his mech nearly took my legs off"

It's kinda sad that the 9M got so screwed over by the heat system, it's supposed to be one of the better designs out there.

It was traditionally one of the designs players would field against Clan mechs to give the IS a fighting chance.

Extrapolating from a whole 10 votes we can see that 60% of the forum community struggles to find their butt cheeks with either hand!

Truly important news!

Now that pgi know we have a dearth of players with butt cheek difficulties they will implement an a$s finding tutorial.

There is a special hell for people who lure -9M's into the caldera, and I'm going to it.

Yes, they do. It's tragic. I feel terrible about killing them.

When i saw the title i was wracking my brain for an inoffensive and politic way to say:

Bwahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaa ha hahahaha.....*hyperventilate*....HAHAHAHA ha haha

But then it turns out you were mocking the silly thing and i didn't have to be politic.

I have to say I go awesome hunting, and last night I almost felt bad mauling a 9M in a close range brawl with my 3D. They need to do something to help that mech, all i had to do was move in half circle around him peppering him with fire until he predictably overheated (in frozen city) alpha twice in his head/torso area and repeat 2 more times until dead.

if they don't fix ppc's or heat it's fit for the crap pile unless you tweak it heavily.

I'm actually pretty sure the main problem lies with the ERPPC, not with the 9m.

Its a combination of the ERPPC, the lowered heat reduction from the DHS and the sheer fact that noobs alpha strike it too often.
