Heh, I actually played this. Twice.

Cataphract-4X
245 engine
4x Machine Guns, 2 tons ammo
2x MPLAS
1x SRM4, 2 tons ammo

I couldn't even get it up to 70 tons, it was like 69.3. I managed to sneak up on a K2 just as he overheated, and held down the fire buttons straight into his cockpit until he powered back up and 2-shotted me with what I think were 2xAC/20s. I ended that round with 17 damage.

The Hunchback 4P (the P stands for *pew* *pew* i believe) with all different lasers actually sounds quite fun.

Cant check right now, but if its at all possible tonnage wise and managable in terms of heat, id do it and make a video.

Imagine circling an enemy and chainfiring all different lasers and timing it so that you would even produce yellow and purple lasers.
Kind of like the fashionable-in-the-80s laser shows.

Small Pulse lasers fire faster for less heat than a medium laser.

I was planning on as many SSRMs as possible, and 1 MLAS in case my PUG has no ECM

Hey now, I like my AC20 toting Cicada! I've had some pretty funny reactions to it. I've tried building a double AC20 3C before, no luck. Even with the smallest possible engine, those six needed heatsinks are a space killer.
