MW1? Holy....
The game was a lough. You could buy a locust, sign in for a defence-mission and leg all the aproaching Battlemasters from behind with your machineguns. Why? A.I. was not included those days (released for PC in 1989 by Activision). Those big guys just kept on walking.

If you actually took note of killing it, then the answer is probably no :)

Light mechs are what you fill the unused tonnage of your drop pod with.

I see your Nova Cat and battle Armor, with my medium lance. A Summoner with 2 cougars, and a shadow cat.

But really a good 35 tonner is a great mech, my personal favorite is the Wolfhound, the all laser loadout is perfect for a long range, extended recon mission, second would be the raven, for its electronics.

Light mech is the tool, by which you separate mans from boys. Only boys are scared to use such skillfull piece of machinery and it separates bad assault players from the even worse ones. Why? Because there is nothing like good assault players. B)

No no, the Locust test is where you pour syrup over one.

...I know because I took Kerensky's areobics class.

An old guy poured syrup all over you? I don't think that's aerobics, dude.

A Light Mech is that thing that just left its foot in your Atlas' cockpit. Kindly mail the foot back, my Locust is walking kinda funny.

Here in Steiner land, our "light" mechs are bigger than your assault mechs and twice as well armed.

The last thing you see. (I like to send a Commando or Firestarter up once I've put a few holes in a 'Mech, to finish the job while the rest of us move on to the next target.)

They used to make fun of my little mech, till I dodged their missile volleys and blasted out a knee with my short range guns!
