On a more serious note though, C4 members have been extremely productive in the last few months. We've tagged a handful of planets and our W/L ratio has been going through the roof with a lot of our active players. We like to run different strats instead of the same old boring meta stuff, which can create a nice change of scenery.

Considering the original post was going on 5 years ago what is the atmosphere like now.

I am considering joining the TS but I've never bothered with faction play or anything outside of a PUG match.

Also by "after six" do you mean euro or American tz?

We're still here, still having a good time. Come on over to the Davion Teamspeak and we're about halfway down the server. Usual crowd starts showing up 6pm Eastern and we run til 3am. Not sure how our Euro folks are doing, they've been a bit quiet lately.

That is correct we were here at the start of closed beta and have been active non-stop ever since.

Quick Plays? We drop it.

FW? We definitely enjoy winning a ton in FW. We do fun strats, serious strats, goofy strats... change things up a bit and have fun! Those top teams you hate playing against because they roll you? We roll them (sometimes).

We might not be the largest unit out there, we might not be the most die hard competitive team you've ever seen, but we do have a grand old time.

We are still active multiple nights a week and do a lot of hybrid drops with other big units within Davion to make sure we keep lobbies full and games dropping!

Stop by the Davion TS and look for some of us C4 folk and we'll get ya started!

C4 is one of the oldest and most active loyalist units in MWO. We do FW drops several nights a week and get plenty of casual quick plays in-between. We have a divers mix of casual and comp members but all of them are willing to help new players get better at the game. If you are looking for a fun group that doesn't take it's self too seriously then come check us out.

All applicants must be 18yrs or older and while we're not the largest House unit (under 80 pilots). We feel this offers a much better opportunity for all our members to really get to know each other and not feel like a nameless drone with a tag.

I remember fighting C4 in the community warfare game-mode (conquest) in Mech Assault Online.

They were Davion and I was fighting for Kurita and C4 were terrifying to meet on the battlefield.

Took me two weeks to see this and can probably say I don't think I've ever been referred to as a VD. Huh, I'll have to scribble that down in my list of things you've called me. That's right in between the list of things Clanners call me and the bucket of salt I carry around when I get killed.

Volteer here,

I'm currently defecting from clan wolf because of the lack of good clan Mechs that I have. The only good ones I have, and currently working on, are IS. I can still remember a battle with you guys and getting utterly rolled. That kind of team is what I'm looking for. Something with good coordination and communication. It will be four days till my desertion period is over from when I send this message. So I have plenty of time to get to know you guys.

Not to mention but I'm still a pilot in training, watching youtube videos endlessly to get all the tips and tricks I can to be effective and survive Ex: torso twisting, poptarting, and using light mechs to back stab damaged mechs. Though I'm still learning, and I'm getting better. So hope to see you guys soon on the battle field.
