I am getting this issue. The game seems to be broken, or the servers cannot handle the workload. This is not a client issue. I used multiple computers and different internet service providers and I will start moving randomly around the map, one minute fighting one on one with another mech, then next in water or another spot This seems that the game keeps updating from the server but the server is not listening to the clients or is mixing client commands with other clients commands. what is really bad is I finally redeemed my special 24 starter time and it ticks away in a bunch of incomplete matches.

After about a minute of glitches, I will get the warning session was lost and promted to re login to the game.

Got the same problem since today, but after the first time i:ve been disconected the game wasn't able to start.
One of 3 things happened all the time.
1.) "The Session was lost" massage appeared while i trying to connect
2.) "A network error occured" massage appeared while i trying to connect
3.) Am able to connect, the starting screen shows up, but it takes more than a few seconds(1 minute to more than 10) to load the Mechs. And after the mechs where loaded point 1 or 2 occured
My Clanmates told me i was showed up as "online" all the time
I tried again after a while (90 min or so) because i thought maybe there was a failure with logging out or so. But the same as previously happend.

Before all of that happend one thing was strange, it took a very long till the luncher started. One or two tries( after shooting the process structure) the luncher started again but very slow again.

im having the same problem right now can anyone help? is it client this time? I understand that this post is almost a year old but I have had no problems up to this point. now I cant even get in.

They have massive paket loss on their route at Toronto, the AS6543 from TNK Toronto and tor001,pnap.net are the last two hops available.

Building redundant paths in your network is also most important for a game that is called XYZonline.. much to do unitl this is a game and not something.

really annoying to read that this prob is a year old and still unsolved!

i have played till 5am in the morning today... then i logged in at arround 3pm.
after a few meters at the start of the match my mechs hops arround/was stuck dont know exactly and i lost the conn...

since this time i get "the session was lost" or "a network error occured" while i try to login...

rarely i could login but no mechs are loading and my c-bills and gexp loading very slow. before "mechlab", or "pilot lab" are able to click (grey buttons) i get again back to loginscreen and "the session was lost" or "a network error occured" occurs -.-

deutsche telekom... all other games run as always.

The problem is located in Toronto, no issue of the Deutsche Telekom and btw I saw they changed their uplink in Frankfurt - it's not anymore this tiscali.net node present in the route that bugged us Deutsche Telekom users.

Maybe all the calls to the support finally moved something within the pink TC Giant.

NSA is doing some more network observing right now. that´s why we got these strange errors.

You see the trouble with response time and paket loss starts at hop 13 in my route to mwomercs.com - (glad not to be routed over Sydney btw) and that's the reason why you should have this issue from almost everywhere, maybe not within Canada, if you have your uplink behind that AS.

i dunno man, I've been losing connection with the server, losing session and haven't been able to play much at all the last few days, can't get in one solid game for chunks at a time, then all of a sudden I can play three matches then all of a sudden I got nothing..

so disconnected my router, ran several speed tests from Dallas, TX to Toronto and everything seems fine, my buddies who know about these things tell me my speeds are MORE than enough for MWO, I'm able to surf web, watch Netflix, play other games but with MWO i'm having the worst luck and it just started over this last week. i'm kindof at a loss but next week we're ditching time warner and using attuverse and getting an upgrade, if it still stinks after that I dunno, should I reinstall? so bummed. :D :D

I did a complete re-install yesterday, also getting this issue. If I do manage to get into a game then within a minute the following happens;

1) My controls become unresponsive.
2) I teleport to a seemingly random position behind me.
3) Logged out with "Session is lost" message.

I'm getting the same thing.. Unplayable... really sux.. =[
