Will you have a Custom Logo Creator so we can choose a custom template to make and color our own logos for our mechs?

The community has voted, and the community thinks the Awesome sucks (http://mwomercs.com/...e-get-any-love/). Two common reasons mentioned are the large torso and the fact that it simply can't pack the firepower of an Atlas. This leads to my three questions:
1. Will tonnage ever be factored into matchmaking? As much as I love my Awesome, dropping with two other Awesomes against three Atlases tends to be demoralizing.
2. Will you consider adjusting the sizes of certain chassis (Stalker is too small and Awesome is too big seem to be the most common complaints, though I've seen gripes about Centurions and Catapults as well), or are you happy with all the proportions as they are?
3. Since they're so terrible, will you give ECM to the Awesome? =P

PLS PLS answer.

When will you add custom practice matches, these wouldnt need to give rewards, but people want to be able to fight specific people regardless of matchmaker.

ps. this is also a must have BEFORE community warfare. not being able to do RP trials easly is a real pain for those who want to RP clan style. plus itd be nice to be able to duel friends and such.

Will we see the ability to save our variants? or is this not functionally available?

It doesn't take long to re-configure a mech but why not not give us the ability to save our builds within game. This is a feature available previous mech games.

Thanks.

Trying to get an 8man team going in australia at night is downright painful, there never seems to be anybody on, and unless we sync drop with our own 8mans there is no chance of getting one In 1hr we be lucky to get a single one and we have to disband into 4's

What is PGI's solution to this problem? The only way to get around this is back to to allowing odd numbers of teams, and have PUGS join in, however they should be a default option to join premades, but if they dont want to they tick that as an option.

Are you somehow confusing trial mechs with owned mechs? Owned mechs are those you buy, and when you customize them, it asks you if you want to save the mech. If you dropped into a match with one of your OWNED mechs, then when you come out, it should be identical to the way you dropped in with it. If you're unable to save a mech after you've customized it, or if when you return from a match and your mech has somehow changed or reverted to it's base configuration, then you need to contact support.

I'm suspecting you have a both an owned mech, and a trial mech of the same type. Sometimes you're picking the trial mech, and confusing it with your own tricked out mechs.

If this is not the case, then you need to contact support@mwomercs.com because something is very wrong with your game.

Since it most certainly wasn't answered in the patch notes:

Question 1 is about ECM)

How was it considered balanced to introduce a 1.5 ton 2 slot piece of equipment that does all of the following:

i) Counters Artemis
ii) Counters BAP
iii) Counters TAG bonuses and the whole system inside of 180m
iv) Counters NARC - a system which weighs more and requires real skill and teamwork to use
v) Counters other ECMs
vi) Destroys LRM locks
vii) Destroys SSRM locks
viii) Ruins information sharing via minimap
ix) Scrambles HUD display of enemies
x) relegates AMS to the dustbin
xi) Requires no exploding ammo
xii) Generates no heat
xiii) Costs less than a much less useful module by a factor of 15...
xiv) Doesn't use up a weapon hardpoint

Going by tonnage and critical space the ECM should be about as useful as a small laser plus a regular heatsink.
Or a medium laser and a little armor,
Or an AMS and a ton of ammo
etc.

As it stands now, ECM is the single most useful item in the game in terms of how it affects the battlefield.

Here's a link to the existing unanswered question from 'ask the devs' 29: http://mwomercs.com/...ost__p__1598770

That question is up to 164 likes at last count (165 if you count me).

Just quoting this.

Also, will there ever be a more efficient way to sell unwanted equipment? If I have ten small lasers I'm never going to use, I have to find the item, bring up a list of 10 identical entries, click on each one and then "sell" individually, and the "sell" button is on a different part of the screen. It seems very clunky, whereas if the game asked "how many?" if you select Sell, that would be more elegant.

Why was ECM implemented as a ECM + Angel + Stealth Armor + Null Signature System all in one???

@ 1.5 tons, 0 heat, 0 ammo, 2 slots ECM is VERY powerful as it is acting as ECM, Stealth Armor and Null signature all in one.

1) When will it be allowed for Hero mechs to change their camo specs?

2) Why is not the LB-10X fully represented in this game (i.e. able to shoot both LB ammo and standard AC10 ammo)?
2a) If the reason was to not outshadow the standard AC10, why not adjust the number of shots that come per ton when assignning ammo toward a LB-10X?

He is saying like how in MechWarrior 4 you can build a mech (say an Atlas) place the engine ammo and weapons where you like and SAVE it as a pre-set variant or "loadout" then build another and another and so on, then between matches select a "loadout" (read: variant) and it would automatically place all the ammo engine and weapons in as you had them pre-configured.

this ask a dev delay brought to you by our special sponsors:
winter holidays
new years
weddings
the letter Y
and a general aversion to hard questions.

best question at this point is what the meeting that lead to staff thinking this was a good state of the game to leave it at for the holidays went like, and how much vodka was involved?

I'm sure others have asked this as well, but is there a timeline for DX11?
