No.. the 'Founders' versions of the 'Mechs are different skins (with the added C-Bill earning bonus) of other 'Mechs that are in game.

early access is usually only a week or two before the game is release. Most of the time its a week or less though.

You'll be able to purchase the packs here on the site. As the packs are in game items, there is nothing to download, or get a hard copy of.
