I didn't get a beta invite (Did it get lost in the mail?)

Welcome to the party!
I just wanted to get a jump on it and get this party started.

Except for a few percent of registered users, the rest of you might as well get comfortable and rest a while. At least for a couple months.

I imagine this will be on people's minds daily, for weeks to come, so the topic is here for your benefit.
When you wake up every day and check your email and your beta invite is not there, then when you check your spam, and it's not there, don't cry! Know you are not alone! You can share your woes here with others in the same misery. Think of it as a group therapy experiment.

Cozy and settled in?

Good. Discuss your misfortune and the unlucky life you had that led you to this place of not being chosen...
Maybe your invite did just get lost in the interwebs... :P

One of the things that I have decided to do, at least to make myself feel better, is to bury my 6 month Golden Retriever puppy up to his head in the sand and kick him every day until I get a beta invite. I started today (the confused 'before' image below, you don't want to see the 'after'). I am going to give that a try until I get invited or think of something better. Personally, I wasn't aware PGI really hated Golden Retriever puppies this much...

PGI loves puppies but hates animal cruelty, so probably might want to go dig him out. :P

Better idea ...bury yourself in the sand, head first ...and give your dog to someone who's not an ***** :P

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I had to update some stuff from a "beta" profile thing, what does that mean exactly?

Me, I just keep myself busy, cleaning rifles and keep some skills from getting rusty.

Shooters do what shooters do.. practice, practice, practice til one day down range it's just more practice.

Aegis probably got in. There's lots going on on the site and he looks here in intervals longer than an hour and doesn' post a single word. Knowing him for some time, it's 100% he just plays the beta thinking that Paul forgot about his "Banned from beta" status. ;)

why aegis got baned from beta i keep hearing that but ....
