Now if only they would implement ACTUAL recoil when we fire our ac's or guass. At the moment I don't get a sense of fiaaa poowwwaaaa! I mean comon! These guns are huge! You can't tell me they don't have recoil.

before patch...no issues for like all games with cadet bonus
now...
black screen when exiting mechlab
yellow screen bug
8bit graphic bug
4fps bug after a few matchs (on a note...before this happens i get less frames and often mechs have no textures, just grey, next or the match above 4fps bug hits me)
worse performance than before
and some other minor issues that are too rare to count like drop from group etc.

Und auch wenn ich das alles lieber gestern statt später gesehen hätte fasse ich mich in geduldt und warte halt..besser als unötig frust zu schieben wegen etwas was halt nicht läuft wie ich es gern hätte

we all want new content...but not if there are serious issues around that need to be adressed pretty fast before new joining players think oh well...i rather play something else.
sure we have no real clue what they are working on...but fixing major bugs should always come first before any balancing, prettier graphics or content.
i have seen too many games not being successful cause they disregarded this rule.

why the gauss rifle's health was reduced from 10 to 3... shouldn't it only have a high explosion chance rather than reduced health...
(maybe i missed that..did people whined about gauss being OP?)

However now I think the whole concept of battletech as I udnerstand it, (I Played MW2 before but never digged much into the universe after that until MWO) has been twisted away to the point it makes no sense at all.
PGI states in the interviews it wanted to give light mechs a purpose and ditch the whole arms race thing previous tiltes seemed to encourage due to limitations of the hardware at the time.
Their intent was legit, however the game currently is self defeating in this purpose. its gone as far as not making sense at all spending credits on heavier mechs.
The problem is:
1- No collisions
2- Hit detection
3- netcode
4-match making
5- ballistic rounds go everywhere except where Im aiming at.
Which allows impunity for some behaviours of light mechs going on their own and paste multiple units on the oppsoing team alone.
You lose the scouting value of having light mechs. And you lose purpose of mech variety. And finaly it destroys the economy, since what it should drive players getting credits is the ability to progress to heavier mechs, or at the very least other mech or variants within the same class. This Incentive now is gone. Who needs anything more than an ECM Raven?
Dont get me wrong, ECM, frankly doesnt shock me, I dont think its OP its associated problems stem from the items i listed above.
Driven an ECM cicada (sold it since) and retain only the AS7-D-DC Atlas as my only ECM unit. (have mostly driven cataphract variants lately).
Yeah I know, recent annoucements have it they are going to fix some, or all of these issues, with some game content added in between.
But I have to say, I have found myself not enjoying the game at all. I have over 20 million credits and nothing worth to spend them on.
Worse, I have an incresing hard time getting any fun out of this anymore but LOTS of frustration. I frequently have to stop playing after just 2 rounds and listen to soft music to relax.
So, I will wait a few weeks and then check back in to see what progress has been made.
Before I go I hope PGI rethinks also about reseting premium time ( at least). It cannot be paused, and I will waste it due to the umplayability level this game has evolved to. Im definatly NOT going to spend real money to get it back after the game is fixed.

Still get yellow screens from time to time.
Some times get partial UI/messed UI. eg: minimap is spinning randomly and mech locations aren't updating, even for visible. Friendly/Enemy Markers do not show.
Still takes forever to use a mech after a match is finished. If a match is finished and the ingame round end can show all the relevant calculated numbers, there is ZERO reason for mechs to be held hostage because someone decides to go AFK at the scoreboard till it times out. (Assumed reason but it's stupid either way.)

In regards to PPC dealing no damage when shot in groups:
"Yea it happens quite a bit. Multiple PPCs (3-6) shot at the time, dead center at a target beyond 90 and it flashes a hit but literally no damage is dealt. And I'm not talking about fast moving lights... this is against targets in the open, like an Atlas, for example. Not moving and boom but no damage."
