I would give the advantage to the lance-mate seeking cover. Shoot, move, communicate! Even if this was a small group of mediums, lights or a mix of those versus a team of all heavies, the winner will be determined by cover, support and good comms between lance-mates. This is why I'm soooooo excited about the "pods" you can earn through masteries and XP. I can't wait to see if there's stuff that will boost range for marking/relaying targets, give you UAV reconnaissance capability (like the trailer), allow scouts comm jamming abilities, and boost your targeting and/or accuracy for LRM supporting fire.

My bet is on Team Atlas.
First: no Mech has been destroyed yet (frag counter still 0-0; 3 blue dots on compass over HUD)
Second: color only indicates damage level - 10 % of Atlas Armor(or IS) are still way more than 10 % of CPLT Armor(or IS) [in addition: Question is whether "glowing" red is worse than red - that would put the CPLT in much worse shape]
Third: the two Mechs on the left were attacking the perspecitve AS, but broke their attack - there's gotta be a reason for this - a good one if you let go of a Mechs back before taking it down.
As I read the HUD the Mechs torso is twisted left, thus it would be walking towards his Teammate - maybe to circle around it, so his companion would take the heat. Remember: Teamwork is essential - it gives them somebody else to shoot at.

Difficult to say and all is depending what will happen in the next 10 seconds.
In my opinion, team cat has been caught pants down and are struggeling now to find cover and reposition themself. The main atlas is abouth to shoot on the cat's flank while walking towards cover. The two others friendlies are preparing to fire as well so the cat in front will be toast soon.
The cat behind cover just fired a shot but the main atlas will be out of reatch soon so there is a bigg change he survives because the two other cats are still out of position (although not long) and I can see that the two cat's are faceing a different direction so in my opinion trying to find cover for there vurnarble flank. If the cat in cover wants to keep on fireing on the Atlas he has to come forward an there is another atlas who can do some serious damage. The cat south on the radar has found cover but is faceing the wrong direction and has no line of fire on the atlas mech's.
What happens now in the next 10 seconds are crucial. If I was the main mech, I would go around the rock behind the one in cover while. Soon two cats down.
All depends on the pilots and how good the can stay out of line of fire. for me it would be Team atlas
