[Stone Wall]

I was in a match with alot of "SQUAWKKK" messages from the other team. Me and 2 other mechs captured the base and won within 2 minutes.

yea, last week i ran with my "casual friends group" as a 3 man group...

from the enemies side sounded a "SQUAWK! this is the word of lowtax!"

they got badly ripped apart by us and the others in our team

a "SQUAWK" is not a quality seal, though there are some pretty good players there... but that counts for all units and pugs...

i guess the thing is, that goons in MWO are just a unit as any other, other than in eve, where their strenghth is in the numbers.. no offense intended, dear goonies, just my opinion

Generally Goons will be the ones sqwuaking at you, and even with the things that are said about them (many of them true in my experience though not universal) they play hard and put up a good stand up fight if they feel like it.

Fun thing to know is that each match i play and ppl rush cap
It I always tend to make more exp and cbills than those weaklings.
Ppl squawk on it because they cant destroy your mech.

Used to run alongside Goons in EVE.

They have a good number of folks there that have "earned them their reputation" so to speak; scams and griefing and the like.

Most of them, though, are just your usual internet sort and no better or worse than the lot of us.

In MWO, have had a few Goon squads beat us or at least give us a run for our money, others we trounced handily.

The Something Awful forums, from whence most Goons are spawned, is a massive and diverse group of people. Other than a typical internet-age sense of humor, there isn't much of a defining trait to a Goon.
