I think they have said they are doing a random selection, the only thing that would reduce your chances of getting an invite at this point is if your profile isn't at 100%.

Other than not filling that out completely you should have an equal chance of getting in as everyone else.

Huh. This is a change from most beta NDAs; all the other beta tests I've done under NDA have allowed people to confirm they were in the beta, just not anything further.

i don't think there is a correlation between number of posts and chances of getting into beta. It's all on your specs and questionnaire.

If you have filled out your beta "form" and you give yourself little chance of being selected as one of the 1,000 out of over 100,000 potential candidates, then not being selected does not feel so bad. You will be, after all, playing the game by the end of the year anyway. Which is all anybody really wants.

If you do not get a beta invite after the indicated 7 days, there is still a Crysis Beta MW mod available to play and influence. Not free, $10 or less for the base program if you watch for it, but it is still a beta that you can have input to. Different gameplay, but controls should be similar and the graphics are certainly better than the Mektek MW4 mod (which is free).

Just an observation, whinging about not being selected for the MW:O Beta is unseemly - conserve your zeal for the game when it is launched.

Those that haven't been keeping up probably haven't filled out the beta app, or uploaded the specs.

If anything I noticed you can no longer upload specs.. so I am wondering if those that didnt upload thier specs wont get a chance to get it an all..? If that's the case you can figure those getting invites will be those that have been here the last few days and filled out all the appropriate items I.E. the Specs AND the questionnaire). That would mean the pool is a LOT smaller than the 100,000 number.
