In the last NGNG pod cast, I think they said community warfare is being tested right now. So, from that I get that it is coming... Soon, I hope...

Community warfare would definitely be fun.

Stop ruining America with your litigious nonsense. .

Only in America, where you can sue Mcdonalds for their coffee cups not having a warning on it that its hot, cause ya spilled it on yourself and got burned, cause you had zero clue that coffee was hot. Another favorite was, sueing McDonald cause it made your kids fat.

Good thing the courts put a upper limit on the amount of money you can get from ******** stuff like that. Though Many American's still prove why America is falling behind in the world.

And we had a battletech game, that ran better than MWO on cryengine and was better in damn near every way, it was called MW:LL, so I really dont care if PGI shuts down, maybe then someone who knows that they are doing will get the license.

Still pissed about the supposedly better product only attracting about 50 people?

You realize it only has about 50 people now that they were forced to stop working on it right?

Back when it was being worked on regularly it had hundreds of people playing.

I can't imagine having to re-level the mechs all over again. That would be rather boring.

Who or what forced them to stop working on it? As far as I know they chose to stop working on it. Though I do know back around .3 there was maybe 20-30 people on at peak times, but that was more of its early days...

Varies based on who you talk to but the general understanding was a number of subtle threats, from Crytek as they didnt want a mod competing with one of their clients.

Just one day out of the blue, we thought, Lets set ourselves a ridiculously tight deadline, scrap a ton of **** that is in the works, and then pull the svn offline the day we release so we can't do a hotfix on some important issues that we cocked up due to rushing.

Whatever you take, take less of it. "Hundreds" of people were hardly reached on patchdays.

I enjoy the game when I am able to play it. Sometimes I pug and sometimes I use teamspeak. Either way I have fun. It is not unplayable because of ECM, streaks, LRM's, gauscats, or any other lame excuse people can make up.

Yes, I want netcode fixed. Yes, I want some sort of knockdown for light mechs slamming into assault mechs.

I want more maps and more mechs.

I am also patient. I will hit the activate button when I can play more.

It is stupid to ask for a reset when they have stated there will not be another one. Welcome to the adult world of choices. You made a choice and you can deal with it.

Keep calm and pilot on.

PGI owns NGNG, it's probably just more propaganda =/

Pretty silly thread. The game is very playable. Everyone had a choose to start premium time button. And PGI even gave you a this action is not reversible warning regarding the starting of premium time.

It is very playable. They have announced they are looking at ECM. However it is not broken in its current state. I play a LRM boat and do 500 to 1000 DMG.

Think! Adapt. Modify your tactics instead of just expecting everything to fall over for you. I bring tag. I move around often so a light with ECM won't hug up on me too often. When he does I get near my team and have them help me out.

This is considered a beta and should be treated as such. So when you (PGI) claim this game is no longer BETA. You should reset and refund premium time wasted when the game unplayable by most.

I would be very angry if they reset. I have 28 mechs and I have earned 1.3 million xp. Keep it to yourself.

If the game is unplayable, then wtf do I play everynight? I must be doing some good acid.

And as far as a lawsuit against a company for a yet to be finished game. HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Wow. Entitled Americans suing everything left and right. I read an article once about an American girl that sued her prom date that stood her up. FN ridiculous.

Well considering that there are MORE bugs that render the game unplayable in one fashion or another than there were in closed beta, and a number that havent been fixed, if they hit 'release' (Like that will ever happen, they will keep it in beta forever just to cover their *****) and they still arent fixed? Yeah they deserve to be slapped with a lawsuit.

And I wouldnt say class action lawsuit, I am only out for myself, **** all those other jackoffs :)

None of the current problems "make the game unplayable" for most users.

Annoying? Broken? Unbalanced? To some, any or all. Unplayable? Only a scant few have such issues that it is "unplayable."

As an American, I am filing suit against you for slander. Or is it libel? Either way, clearly, it is worth $7.2 Million. Of which I will get $500k, the rest will pay for my lawyer's addiction to Belizean ******* and underage escorts.

The "beta" label is nothing but a lie, the game is released, this is the game, nothing's going to be reset.

This is the game , this is the GAME!!!!!

No, because when they would do it, they would also reset

ALL OF YOUR HARD EARNED EQUIPMENT AND MECH XP.

They said no Reset after open Beta. So no reset.

Saying the game isn't playable is absolutely ridiculous. If you're doing terrible in matches; perhaps look at yourself and your abilities as a player before simply labeling the game "unplayable" and moving on.
