This is ridiculous, I have a ping of around 270-280ms and the game is quite playable. If it folded tomorrow, I could still say that it was better value per hour than going to the cinema or hiring a Bluray.
Yes lets sue them so we can make sure there is no money to continue the game. " I hate finally having a Battletech based game so much, I want to be responsible for shutting it down, because I don't have the skills or patience or perserverance to be able to enjoy it." <sarcasm>
You might as well drop your new tub of icecream in the driveway of your house and then ask the supermarket to cough up a replacement because you fumbled it...
Hiring a blueray? Dont you...rent or buy one of those? And we had a battletech game, that ran better than MWO on cryengine and was better in damn near every way, it was called MW:LL, so I really dont care if PGI shuts down, maybe then someone who knows that they are doing will get the license.
And hey, last time I was at Costco (big bulk/warehouse store for those who dont know what it is) and bought one of their pizzas and droped it in the parking lot while loading my car, they gave me a replacement! So you know, not everyone who runs businesses are douches and dont mind refunding dissatisfied customers, which I am still waiting for a yes OR no from PGI and IGP.

no dont, theres no point. Once the game went OB you lost the ability to get refunds even if youd been planning to get one but had a family member die and take you to a location without internet for a month.
A month and three weeks if yuo count the time up to the trip and the time helping take care of said dying family member.
(this is the experience I had with customer service when I got back and DID send in that email)
You HAD an experience with customer service? Those lazy jerks wont even respond to me, even though I made sure to word my request FAR more politely than I speak on these forums.
