Sure, you can't aim very well while in motion... but what if if your ride can stop for a second or three to let you take your shot?

PPC stalker is very hard to stack, and ppcs are a terrible weapon for stacking. A lrm stalker could be decent on it.

wow. I cant see it as an exploit. I assume you can still target the mechs standing on top. If not you can shoot them with direct fire weapons.

Me and a buddy of mine used to do this with a cicada and a streak cat. I'd be in a 130kph cicada and he'd hop on in the cat. That is truly something to be feared. a 130kph streak cat atop an ecm cicada. scary stuff
