By the sound of things, we'll be at 6 mid-year, but I don't have any faith that we'll see more maps by years end, and if we do, they'll all be earth-based maps.
I think I puked a little.

I felt as if they would take some of the advice, but by the sound of 'alpine' and 'desert', we're not getting
anything sci-fi creative.
PGI needs new people fast.

you're aware mechs have "submarine" pods they can use for underwater excursions and fighting.

By the time the mechs reached a density thick enough for them to walk on, they'd be completely surrounded by roughly the same density... Meaning that they'd basically have to walk through a "solid". It just wouldn't work, regardless of how many scuba tanks you try to strap onto them.

Map Size: (Very) Large

Normal gravity, clear weather.
Key Features: Crop fields outlined by trees to prevent wind erosion. Farm buildings, barns (all destructible). Livestock wandering at pastures, driven mad by the din of battle and stomped flat by invading giant Battlemechs.

To fight there is only expensive and it musn´t be... so, good starving my friend.
Oh, i forgot .... no water... what a mess............
Every place you will cool down for represent your legs my sensors will show me....
this will start a single bomb..... anyhow i would win.
Belive me this scenario is more for starfights in orbit not for battlemech on ground.

Destroyed Island
Destroyed City
Having maps that represents battlefields would be nice........
Maps with old battlefields and decaying hulks of old mechs and other battlefield equipment. That would be badarse! I would love the moon map also.
