Your first point: The same can be said about wiping them. You don't need to keep said stats to implement achievements.
Your 2nd point? It was already linked in this very thread that a final wipe was to occur upon full launch being achieved. What promise was broken when conditions have not even been fufilled?
Your 3rd point: You're going to have a much easier time achieving your K/D, and probably even improve it, on a more steady basis as you (should) know more now than you did back then.
Don't get your panties in a wad. This doesn't set you back in any inconvenient way what so ever. So you have to work on your K/D again? Big friggin whaa ...
Enjoy the game cause that's all this is: a game.
Your first point: that's an incredibly tortured argument. The current stats are the status quo. PGI wants to wipe them so that they can implement achievements. I'm pointing out that they don't need to wipe the stats in order to implement achievements - they could allow the status quo to remain and still move forward. Attempting to reverse that argument doesn't actually work the way you want it to.
Your second point: you're wrong. In fact, the only link in this thread says exactly the opposite of what you think it says. PGI said repeatedly that the start of Open Beta would be the last wipe. Now they want to do it again anyway. That will be yet another broken promise.
Your third point isn't even a point because you didn't address what I said.
Don't get your panties in a bunch. Keeping the current stats doesn't inconvenience you in any way, so there's no reason for you to oppose keeping them.
