I stomp premades all the time. They are fodder for meeeee!
But seriously. I never premade. I don't know how often I play against them but if the forums are anything to believe, I play against them quite often. But I maintain a positive winrate by communicating with my team. (No, I have not been abusing broken mechanics.)
