Just alt-tab'd out of first game to post. Love the new sequence. Good job!

How can this even be? Is the server even up? I though server would not be back up till ~ 2pm PST?

I am assuming that internal damage will happen under the armor, is this assumption correct?

Will I get a visual warning that I am about to blow up?

The new startup animation instantanously broke immersion for me.

I don't see any reason to take camera control away from the player... it would be better to give the player free look by default during the startup or when shut down. Forcing me to look down on my avatar's hand feels unnatural.

Yes - some indicator as to the status of internals and proximity to getting cored would be helpful.

I bet it is not going to be cool 50 drops from now, it will seem boring, repetitive and one more thing to reduce my actual play time.

I would like to point out that i do in no way shape or from feel like the OP does. In fact if i was to say anything about the start up animation it is


OH MY GOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH THAT MY LIFE IS NOW COMPLETE... Ok perhaps a little strong but i still really love it. Especially as it is only used during a period when you do not have much control any way. Sure a full flight sim push every button would be fun... but about as useful as nipples on a breastplate.

You haven't seen it yet, or you would ,know that it happens during the normal 10 second countdown... pure awesome, and doesn't add any time... (can't be any more boring than staring at the numbers go down..

Yeah, because not having start up sequence will increase your play time for sure.

very useless, could use there time better like fixing the net code
implanting the new promised score board , new map, weapon balance, who dose actually care about a powering up/down sequence that you will see each match and get board really fast
what a wast of dev time

Turns out, they apparently did fix the netcode.
Amazingly, they don't have just one software engineer in the company, who they can only task to do one thing.
