I have no idea what the goal was here, but it failed wonderfully.

Kind of reasonable terri-build: 31 damage alpha, 600 damage worth of ammo(plus lasers!), and effectively heat neutral once you have double basics (time to overheat > match length). Tried to recreate it with DHS but to no avail, so SHS for the win! Also rocks max engine and jump jets.
*Disclaimer: This is a terrible build. Nobody with a clue would ever endorse it's usage in live gameplay at any skill level.*
Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, someone should start running it...

The pilot said that he was new and didn't have enough C-bills.

in our unit UMAD we call this kind of builds "Miguel-Builds" and October the 16th was declared "Miguel-Day", a kind of unit-holiday were all run complete fail-builds.
October 16th 2013 was the day when the original Miguel-Build was first discovered, piloted with a guy with "miguel" in his name... i don't want to call him out, it doesn't matter.
I present: The Original Miguel:

Oh my 9 flamer Hunchie 4P is pretty dysfunctional.
I saw an Atlas RS running 4 flamers, now that was hilarious.

Eww.
Clan PIG runs a variant on that that's actually terrifying- Atlases with two flamers and an AC/20 each with high-rating engines. They brontosaurus-pack targets, blanketing fields of view with flames from multiple angles while under the ECM cover of their DDC or an ECM-light companion and ambush from cover. It's pretty unpleasant unless you have a super-low-heat 'mech, and even then, them AC/20s.

I believe I have found the failest build possible?
