Set one of your groups to alpha strike, say group six.
Alpha strike is a fire every weapon.

It's possible the Original Poster did not know that weapon groups can be put together in any configuration you wish...
For example:
Someone with 2 Large Lasers and a SRM6 could have group 1 be the two lasers, group 2 be the SRM6, group 3 be one laser, group 4 be the other laser, group 5 can be an AlphaStrike of all weapons, and you wouldn't really need a group 6.

The OP was actually asking about whether or not they would implement an Alpha-Strike utility that acts as its own weapons platform - something that simply "gathers up" the energy of all your weapons sytems, overcharges it somehow, condenses it into a single projectile, and then fires it.
Think of MegaMan 3 and the little charge-up thing you can do with the hand blaster.
It's a relic of MechAssault, but unfortunately, they called this kind of mystical charge-up-your-weapons-and-release-a-DragonBallZ-ball-of-energy attack an "Alpha Strike," just the same as you would call a really really good skateboard a "Turbo Skateboard" (there's no air compressor on a skateboard!). It's not actually an "Alpha Strike," but because they used that term, it has now stuck with people who have experienced MechAssault as their primary introduction to the MechWarrior franchise.

Alpha strike simply means to fire all weapons at once. For some configs, alpha striking over and over while maintaining heat levels is a viable option. For others, they have to be heat-mindful or they'll end up offing themselves.
Personally, I hope that in the event the person fires an alpha strike, lasers are fired first, heat is generated and if it was "suicide" high, then the ammo from any missile/ballistics would just blow up before they are fired.
There is NO chance that if I see someone repeatedly go out in this fashion that I would have done the equivalent of spitting on their corpse after it has fallen to the ground. A true coward's death.

Well, there is no precedence for charging shots in BattleTech, unless you count Mech Assault (Which most people won't count).
They are trying to remain as accurate as possible in the lore, so this likely won't happen.

Here you assume that one weapon can be added to different groups and that´s ,as far as i know, nowhere shown or stated.
Or am i wrong?

If you have 80LRMs and fire point blank, you've done next to no damage since LRMs dont arm in that range. But Alpha strike that from 300m and that same alpha strike can do up to 80pts of damage.

^ This is the "Alpha-Strike" mechanism used in the MechAssault series, however, the Mech Assault games were meant as arcade games and do not fit the mechanistic mould of MechWarrior simulation games. For instance, MW:Online will not have "pickups" for health or weapon-upgrades, or infinite machinegun and missile ammo like in MechAssault.
The MechWarrior/BattleTech definition of AlphaStrike is just firing all weapons. There will be no charge-up sequence because those weapons don't have any kind of charging utility to call upon. They are all stand-alone weapons, but can be grouped together to fire synchronously if you want - they don't share a common OverChagring Super Capacitor that holds AlphaStrike energy and then releases it.

As for a specific button for Alpha Strike, MW2 and 3 had one. I know because there was a few times in MW2 I hit it on accident at the wrong time

If I have a Light with 4 Medium Lasers and enough Heatsinks to be able to fire them indefinitely without ever over-heating.
Firing all of my lasers at once is a "last-ditch effort"?
I'm not sure "Alpha Strike" has anything to do with a level of desperation. It just means you're firing all your weapons at once.
