I spent $99.95 during the holiday special so I got 30,000 MC. I bought a Flame, Ilya, CNT-9D I did not want to grind for, XP to GXP conversion, 1 month premium time, and 3 mech bays. I still have about 10,500 MC left and 43,000,000 cbills. BIG HINT PGI! IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER MC SALE I WILL BUY ANOTHER $99.95 PACKAGE!!!!! HINT HINT. Just saying... HINT!

$300 total. Missed the Founders offer by a day, so I spent $100 on MC to buy a few mechs (never played trials except in closed beta). Then I hit up both of their sales. Paid for a 6 month premium membership and got 30 mech bays. Now I'm sitting on like 15,000 MC and around 120,000,000 C-Bills.

$60 for the Elite package. I haven't spent any of my founder's MC. But I plan to pick up a couple of Hero 'Mechs as soon as they release the right ones, and I'll be buying a bunch of colors if the nebulous plans to change the painting system bear fruit and they give me the option of buying them permanently.

I'm happy to spend money on this game, they just haven't offered me anything I want yet.

I think if you wanted to include founders package buyers your poll should better reflect that with options like $30 or less and 30-$60. There are a lot of people like myself who have only bought founders package. Placing elite founders in the 50-100 is silly since majority are in the lower end of that demographic.

i have spent nothing sice buying my founders pack.

and i think it would be a mistake to spend any money at all untill the main issues are resolved like community warfare and other core features. if you spend a **** load on mechs and the game fails then you have wasted your money.

its easier if we let pgi pay for the game then make the money back with a good end product.

if they make all their money now and get up into the green then they have no real incentive to succeed in my opinion.

being indebted by this game will make them realise they NEED to get this game finished properly.

in answer to the question, yes i do think its a bit much, it cost 120 dollars for the founders pack thats enough for a couple of brand new completed games, or enough for over a years subscription for some MMOs.
if you buy your mechs with mc then just a couple of mechs will cost you the price of a new game in the shop, so yeah just to reitterate i think this game is very expensive.

I still have only spent my 120 on my founders package. I still have 30 days or so of premium and 14,900 MC left. So far I have only spent MC on 'Mech bays and a couple bobble heads. Actually I accidentally bought the stupid Santa Atlas twice don't know if it was a bug or me being stupid but oh well.

Anyway, I haven't bought much MC because a) I haven't really needed to spend MC on much, I haven't seen any Hero 'Mechs i want yet and b ) I lost my job recently and I have school bills, so I cannot afford to sit and buy a bunch of MC at the moment. Sorry PGI, would love to support you more if I could.

spent 120 on founders, had 250 mc left, bought $7 more to get 1500 mc total, bought 5 mechbays and now have 0 mc. i will not be spending any more real money until basic game play functions are addressed and fixed

the cosmetics need to stop, and functionality put on the front burner

Zero unless you include the amount of time player testing and the ATI (Sorry AMD) Sapphire HD 7750 to get a decent frame rate. Ultimately I probably will be drawn in at some point, however old MechWarrior's like me prefer the idea of a one off payment like we had with MW3 & MW4.
