A couple things I suggest:
1) Full Ultra AC spectrum, Full LBX spectrum and alternative ammo's should be released simultaneously as to reduce the chances of a sudden player base shift in types of autocannons used.
2) Double Heat sinks should be introduced well before ER weaponry, as to not cause a massive shift in energy ranges.
3) Consider introducing inferior tech, rifles, rockets, etc, with new tech as inferior tech will provide a c-bill advantage and still be "fresh" content.
4) Do not introduce alternative ammo types 1, by 1, as it will cause a shift and tiring of their usage without cross competition of other ammo types.
5) Always have the creative director make the final call before any marketing people, as the marketers for their jobs sake will be interested in a short term profit more then the long term health of the game. "Unbalanced premium content, OP items releases, ADHD timeline tech release, etc."
