They are up.

Pretty Baby has an engine rating of 400 (90+ KPH?)
Awesomes get 300 Engines now (9M still has 385)
Weapon heat has changed on ER/Pulse large lasers.
PPCs have lower heat

Other technical stuff.

Usually 2-3 hours. I'm hoping they finish before the three hour mark is hit, and I don't mean five minutes before.

Typically back up around 4 pm EST (that's on the long end of my estimated 2-3 hours downtime)

Could be as much as another hour before the patch server is up.

Nah... He like FLASHY stuff. I suspect some crazy bright yellow or orange or lime green, yeah thats it, BRIGHT LIME GREEN!!!!
