I was just derping around in the MechLab looking at 'Mechs, when I thought of this:

Let's see if it's possible to get the maximum firepower, 200, onto a 'Mech.

Think of it as a challenge. If it's possible, get to 200 and see if you can give it an engine too and if you're feeling good about yourself, ammo too. Ammo is not a requirement here; just weapons for potential damage output. If it's not possible, just see if you can beat out everybody else.

205 Firepower, 3t of ammo ftw. Ultimatively you can remove the 5MLas, replace 1 with Tag and more ammo. 1-shotted some heavys x) And got killed by a spider (4MG) :P It's a risk, but has a strategic value in 8on8-battles.

Hahaha yeah I had no idea the game would even let you save a 'Mech with that much firepower. Any other 'Mechs you can max out on?

How high has anybody managed to get an Atlas?

You can get an Atlas D-DC over 110 with an AC20, 2xLRM20s, LRM10, 2xML = 120 FP you would have to strip some engine power and armor to make that playable though. You could drop the MLs for more ammo but it would make it border line unplayable.

AS7-D-DC

without ammo the highest I can go using all slots:

AS7-D-DC

dropped all ammo and HS. Installed 2 ER PPC for the medium lasers bringing it to 130.

All those builds be below 70 firepower (two actually be below 50 firepower).
('-')
No ammo means the LRMs won't even shoot & just be for show.

So what is the point of graphing my Spider's firepower on a scale that an playable Atlas maxs out at ~50% ?
