It's IS tech. Steiner to be specific. Unfortunatly it came out about the time of the Civil War so no.

I myself am more of a beam weapon type guy, I hate having to worry about ammunition, so I'd actually like to see the Nova Cat in this game, that was one of my favorites in MW4: Mercenaries, its a heavy mech, good armor, speed, and can put out lots of power with multiple PPC's.

Noticed a couple mis-typed links. The first instance of "Bombardier" left out the 'i'. Also, the "Crocket" link does not work, there is a "Crockett" mech (note the second 't') on the wiki. I'm assuming that is the one you intended to link to.
On a side note, I wish they'd hurry and finish the game. Every time I play World of Tanks I find myself wishing for a giant mech.

My favorite 'Mech is the Templar. Too bad it's never been (to my knowledge) included in a game. I also thought that it was available by 3050... Or a least a prototype would be...

Unfortunately not, 3067 is around when it appears.
