I am indeed Samaritan from Solaris 7. Welcome to MWO. I have been a little quiet recently as I have been accepted into the closed beta test for the game. I'm glad to see that so many of the S7 crowd will be meeting one another in the battles here to come. The game is entertaining, and we've only seen a part of what is planned for the game. This will likely be a success.

Here is a picture of my favorite mech.



It is very fast, carries 4 ERPPCs, and just enough heatsinks to fire them without instantly shutting down. I had to give up something to build this Battlemech, so I chose to give up armour. This mech only has 48 pts of armour so that makes me the rabbit. But this bunny has some large pointy teeth

I try to stay from 850 to 1001 yards out behind a ridge line and make precision alfa strikes to the least important and most heavily armoured parts of my targets. At least it feels that way since they seem to ignore it

I just finished a battle in which I scored 340+ damage, 700+ Exp. only one assist though. I did not take a single hit.

I is a happy Mech engunear dezigner fellah



The design reminds me of the M118 Tank Destroyer.

I just finished the next battle. 295 damage dealt, 1041 XP earned, 132,000 Cbills earned, 30,000 Cbills in repairs, 1 Kill, 2 Assists, innumerable components and spotting assists, topped off with a base capture assist bonus.

I love streaking through the battlefield naked as a Pict, and just as dangerous, After all, as you know,,,



If I am not careful, I might just become competent in my Dragon 5PK "Spike"

Looks, good, but you know, that is the antagonist that is really hard to sympathize with.

By the way what sort of equipment and program do you recommend for team play? I am shockingly bad at this game, but I have heard you can get better at it in team play.

To anyone currently playing Borderlands 2, or interested in the new Mechromancer character that will be added soon; Gearbox has revealed her skill trees, and I was delighted to see some of them being MLP related.

Arguably, if you wanted proper LRPMs, Derpy should be doing what my launchers do- that is, bouncing off the ground about 10m away from the 'Mech.
