It's a closed beta right now. They aren't gonna "polish" it til later most likely. We're not even close to a done product atm. Remember how long MWO was in closed beta? Hell, we're still in open beta. Technically we haven't seen the finished product for MWO either.

btw, Inner Sphere Wars now also has a MW:T section where anyone can play a unit of his/her liking.

It's fun so far. Can't really talk about it due to closed beta though. Chances are people who are into this game won't be into that game. Two completely different types of games, it's basically Battletech board game on the pc which might be boring to people here.

there simply should not be a 120 dollar package price point for either one of these games. I understand its optional and the larger amount is for people who want to help fund the game, but it is misleading claiming to have 642 dollars value in a 120 dollar package. call it what it is... a donation. but if you think either of these games has a value of 642 dollars let alone 120 or 60, I will vote for you to separate from Canada. we don't want you here you don't belong. you really place a 642 dollar value on mwtactics? you blow my mind. my mind is beyond blown. what is wrong with you? 642 dollars? you think much too highly of yourselves

I don't know what to say man, I feel like ive won just hearing you say someone might like mwtactics over mwo XD you made my day bud. I just want to go back in time ten years and tell all the command and conquer generals fans that they are playing a game which is a decade ahead of its time compared to 100+ dollar games over 12 years later

With current NDA, the only thing I can say is:

It is a great approach on the Battletech Boardgame gameplay, but with a little twist..
but if you like the Battletech boardgame you will like this game. (when it is finished)

You maybe will not like the art/designs though...

So people are allowed to bash a game for bad reasons, but when someone likes it it's automatically fanboy, huh? He compared MW Tactics to C&C Generals, which are completely different games. You haven't even played the game so your argument doesn't hold much ground here anyway. Where did you get it is developed by PGI? It is made by Roadhouse Interactive...

...and the MW:O art is PGI's making, like them or not.
