I'd personally like to pilot a Viper D or a Kit Fox Prime. I like small mechs due to their speed and respectable fire power. Though, if I was going to be encroached and forced to defend a position for some time... A Sphinx Prime because of it's only Energy Weapon array and that I'd be free from ammunition shortages.

Yea, I totally wouldn't want to pilot a mech that has vastly more crit slots and weight available to use due to endo and FF being 7 slots. XL engines that have only two slots a side torso and weapons that are betwen 30-50% lighter per weapon system

The only logical answer would be a Kodiak or a Behemoth!

Thanks to omniweapon hard points i'm totally looking forward to sticking five or six CLAN lrm 20's on a mech with artemis.

200 point damage salvo? Check.

No minimum range? Check.

Weapons only weigh 30 tonnes? check.

Time to get my face wrecking on

Depends, if IS mechs cannot get their hands on Clan tech then the answer is probably yes otherwise i would take my Phract 3D over a MadCat.

Maybe.

I might grab a Mad Dog for nostalgic purposes (my go-to mech in the old PC games), and how much I play it will depend on if I get the option to only fight other Clan mechs in it.

Other than that, I'll stick to Inner Sphere machines. Call me crazy, but I'm going to enjoy the challenge of fighting the techno-superior Clancheese.

No, but I would steal all their tech, put it on my mech and shove it up their butt and pull the trigger until it goes 'click.'

I don't think I want to leave Icehawk (aka, TheeBaconback). She was my first mech....and I'm better in her than with my only other mech

Sure, but I'm not getting my hopes up for the chance to drive a clan mech anytime soon or even after a long time. Because the devs already gave us a rough time table of when they plan to release new mechs (about one every month) and I haven't heard a single word of clan mech or even clan tech releases.

like lots of clan mechs for different reasons, but most of all is those neat Omni slots, make all the difference in the world in turning your mech into a versatile weapons system...Thor was always my fav, but if they implement melee attacks in MWO Kodiak would be a no brainer. Oh yea, Kodiak vs the Atlas fight of the century woot!

There isn't many who wouldn't. I personally really like the Mad Dog/Vulture.

While I am not that knowledgeable on clan mechs the Ice Ferret/Fenris and Stormcrow/Ryoken are also interesting.

Even so I still have a soft spot for the IS mechs.

Hell yes and I'd sacrifice several small children if it was a Vulture or Stone Rhino (Yes IS name but it's badass and seems more Clany to me).
Edit But only the awesome looking unseen design. Th reseen one is awful.
