So in 4 drops, I've had 2 major bugs. Never before has it been this prolific.

Bug #1: I won the match, last man standing, instead of going to score screen it blackscreened and instantly put me back in mechlab. My mech remained locked in the game for 5 - 10 minutes. I never got any c-bills or XP for the drop.

Bug #2: My mech started TRIPPING BALLLLLLS!

Imagine if you are a migraine sufferer. You get aura before the pain. Well, I was walking along in my mech shooting stuff when all of a sudden the screen started flashing triangular colors and zigzags all over the place. Nothing I did could get rid of it. Turning off the hud only reduced it temporarily. It went from playable to porked. It was the wildest experience ever in this game and really gave me a bad flashback to migraine symptoms.

Here's screenshots I just found:

Bad bad stuff, PGI.

What happened?

Oh, and FYI, I have older Nvidia drivers--306.97.

Yea that was great. I love spending my finite human lifespan trying to earn internet currency just to have that time literally wasted because it keeps bugging and I stop earning rewards. I wonder what will break in the next patch!

Its been very choppy when the action heats up to. Learned long ago to fear patch day in MWO.

Because I fly simulators like Falcon BMS and Rise of Flight. They tend to be very persnicketty with newer drivers and I only update after other sacrificial lambs pay homage to the Nvidia update altar and spill the blood of their first born calf out of the magnanimous, loquacious, ubiquitous goat-mother Mo-la-loo-la.

Oh, you're right.

PGI *MUST* have 200 test beds in order to test the game under every possible hardware/os/driver combination.

Dude, this is a beta. Why don't you be nice and log a bug report instead of going crazy on the General Forums?

Last patch they broke their own new vision modes and cut them a day later. Last month they managed to make LRMs into ion canons from space, the patch before that Alpine itself was a crash bug. This month artillery and the Heavy Metals music don't work.

They clearly have no one doing quality control on these patches. At all.

Update your drivers, I'm using 314 series, and I have none of these problems.

Dont worry, they are too busy implementing consumables, Cockpit Decoration, Camo Schemes, 3rd Person and Community Warfare ...

Well that is not true. You can't have played some of the games released in the last 2-3 years that have had MMO awards including MMO of the year.

It's the way it is.

What is this OP's nonsense about claiming to know that the patch was not tested. Clueless I say. As a developer I can tell you right now that software of any kind that required a GUI cannot be created without being tested. The developer see's it in action as they make it in games.

To claim these things is nonsense. Thread closed I say.

I recommend upgrading your graphics drivers to see if that resolves the issue.

If you refuse to test a newer driver, it's your own fault for not contributing to the test results.

I 2nd that and I'm going to repeat it. Too much demand for a perfect game when it was this bloody community who pushed to get access to it sooner rather than later, as beta testers.

Ironic.
