12. Included Websites. The Website includes, but is not limited to, the following websites, and includes the services offered therefrom:
1. www.mwtactics.com
2. www.mwomercs.com
3. www.sinsofadarkage.com
So anybody stating that there is no proof can now just go take a bath.

p.s. - you're attempting to draw a conclusion that doesn't follow from the quoted text. That could just as well be evidence that they wanted to use the same EULA across several properties so they had to word it in a manner that would cover them all.

And really? you are concerned that a publisher is using money from one game to fund other games? Welcome to the business world my friend.

"are you concerned that the donation you gave for a specific thing didn't go to that thing and disappeared into business? Too bad, you should expect to be thrifted at every opportunity!"

Ummmm... they are connected, because the EULA agreement is from IGP, the Publisher, which also happenss to be publishing those games.

No I certainly don't, I also have nothing to complain about if windows 7 is supported. I mean i could complain if I was feeling particularly dense and self involved but i'm not.
See the reason i can't complain is that i see PGI hiring staff, releasing steady bi-weekly patches with new content. I see communication (not as much as i'd like but it's there) coming from PGI, and a projected game plan.
so yeah, i like to not sound like a self entitled twit, but that's just me.

Yes, that is fine. What's not fine is that the money pledged for MWO was not entirely spent on MWO.
and this proves it HOW?
Still waiting for that part. An generic EULA covering all of IGPs properties does not equal a paper trail showing misappropriated funds. Hence, the basis of this is highly flawed.

He's also completely correct, though a eula that allows for cross promotion isn't why.
still waiting for proof? No? OK.
