I think it only deduces they just made one EULA for 3 games is all. I call it saving money.

PGI is developing MWO. IGP is part of that at a higher level and also has other developers working on other games(named above).

PGI collects money, gives IGP a cut of that. IGP invests their money in multiple games. Wow... huge conspiracy. :)

It covers all there games but. If they spending on other games. Thats ok to but, if this game starts lacking wich it is. I will stop spending cash on this game. I understand that the people that bought founders accounts feel cheated. I could see that and dont blame them. I am kinda glad I got in after founders program. Game is still good but going backwards each patch. LIke yesterday I was looking at the highlander and relized all 4 mechs are about the same. Just 1 or 2 hardpoints moved around. Highlander reminds me of a 90 ton atlas with jumpjets. They didnt spend much time on it is my guess. Just threw it out there and changed couple hardpoints. Biggest disappointent is when I hoping for a dual ac/20 or dual guass assualt. The player made Highlander gave an option for dual guass. They decided to go with the vanilla crappy builds.

Quote

Software companies often make special agreements with large businesses and government entities that include support contracts and specially drafted warranties.
So this EULA is covering everything PGI, IGP, PIG are developing in one fell swoop, Yes?

Sometimes I scan EULA's for easter eggs such as "....and you agree to be my personal slave...."

Well, the ending kind of sucked.... loved it until the whole "Swing Timmy Swing and pour water on the alien!!!" part. (Guess it works on killing Witches and Extre-Terrestrials.)

I say you get at them back by buying a founders package for Mechwarrior Tactics, a portion of which may be used to fund this game.
That will teach them.
