Atlas: "I wanna partner with someone."
Atlas: "Hang near me, I got my ECM on COUNTER."
Atlas: "Got AC5, 2PPCs and a Gauss."
Atlas: "I don't understand why they keep hitting me with Missiles, my ECM is on COUNTER."
Atlas-DC dies by now.
Atlas: "I wanna get a laser Hunchback next."
Ally: "I wanna keep the coms clear."
Atlas: "I like the laser Hunchback, what you got in yours? I wanna see."
Hit TAB, click speaker, change to X muting him. He just kept interrupting people with talk about stuff. Someone else on our team asked how you mute someone and I had to tell them.
Second time I muted someone since VOIP came in, first was when someone would not stop farting into their mike.
Said Atlas got least damage of the team but seemed to have gotten a kill.

Dogmeat1, the actual problem is that there's no way you can distinguish the difference between a farmer or a solo que player.
Only when the rules state that you can only obtain the leaderboards by playing in the solo que.
I have seen some players scoring amazing scores, some players i haven't seen or are unkown to me. I go headscratching at some names. Sure some are good. But sometimes things are funky when it comes to some names. Huge luck!! But hey: i am no superman or judge. Bet i aint the only one.
Either people wait for the last moment to farm a kill and or score damage(assist). Or they just swallow a magic pill and get going. Sync drops? No idea, a possibility. I think i have seen you sync dropping at times. (Could be wrong)
Not that it matters, but i'm just curious how many people are that good.
The thing i know: i avoid events and stuff as much possible because the teams you are getting and faced with is making my eyes water. The calling all founders event was more fun because people actually explore, discover and use new builds instead of going the meta way.

I'm doing the Anansi one (i love that mech so much =D), to get a good match score i need to scout, UAV my heart out and then try and get good damage AND kills which is really tough getting a kill shot in with an Anansi. I have to rely in inflating match score in other ways because kills are not certain at all

Anyway I think the formula isn't good. It favours splat builds and on top of that pug and group are on the same list. I want two separate lists.

I get kill by one or the other in most games I end up with them.
Way do jagers suck out of the box? Is UPS damaging them on shipment?

Being high or top in these leaderboard challenges doesn't show how good someone is. Just that they have a lot of playtime on their hands. The longer and more you play, the more likely you are to get those games that increase your score. Back in one of the Clan leaderboards, I placed higher than DeltaSpectra, SunCobra, E N E R G Y, etc while not being as skilled as they are because I could play longer.
And looking at the leaderboards it looks like most top team comp players aren't even taking part.

It's pure "how much time do you have."

Reminds me of the vanilla WoW Grand Marshal/High Warlord grind.
On the subject of 1v1 though, in a solo queue game there's too many variables to accurately judge how good someone is at it. Are you in a brawler while they are in a sniper and it's a close quarters fight. Or is there what looks like a 1v1 going on but the players are being shot at from out of view etc.
