IS laser are also much lighter than IS Ballistics and they also hit instantly, with a shorter beam duration. (Especially helpfull with the puls lasers)

It is also my impression that due to the changes in ghost heat, there are more IS laser vomits than Clan vomits (I am primarily referring to the M-Lasers). Laser- Hunchbacks, Jenner, firestarter and Quickdraws (Cant talk for the Awsome thought) seem to fair better than lets say the nova. But this is just my impression.
I have played and witnessed both sites, and i cant really confirm the clear superiority of the Clan Lasers (given that they are both in optimal firing range)....it all depends on your heat management.

There are only two lasers, the CERMLAS for 1 Ton and the CLPL for 6 Tons!!

All other Clan Lasers are FRAUDS.







But seriously, if you want a large laser the way an IS mech takes a large laser you're only option is 6 tons.

The ERLLAS is a long ranged weapon, but it's pretty awkward (and hot) once your midrange, unlike the ER LLAS which is basically great at any range.

Gonna lock this down and call it done.

Like the Cyclops and Zeus debate was close enough to go either way.
