NOTICE: EU SERVERS UPDATE

EU SERVERS ARE BACK ONLINE AND WE ARE CONTINUING TO DEBUG.

LOOK FOR STATUS UPDATE COMING SHORTLY!

We are currently investigating an issue on the EU Servers preventing Dedicated Server Matches from starting up properly. We have taken the Servers Down for the time being until we have a solid idea of what is causing this issue.

Please deselect the EU servers and Opt for NA and/or OC for the time being.

We will let you know once it is back to normal function.

If someone has an issue that the button to change servers doesn't work - create a group and change servers inside the group and then disband it.
Or go to Faction Play, click something there and then go back to Mechlab and it should fix itself.

Can you fix the bug that keeps us from being able to deselect servers?

We will get them back to operational ASAP however we do not have an ETA at this time.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but Playing the Wolfhound C is causing some of us to be kicked from the game. I don't know if it's server, or if the game does not recognize the Mech as a Clan version, or what. But something is kicking us players out like a Mule a$$kicking us without any warning. Please, fix this. Also, once kicked from the game said player can't rejoin the game.

I played the -C just fine. Got kicked out of game in a Warthog and Onyx though. Dunno if its about new mechs but annoying.

Any update to the EU Servers situation available? Why is the Red Maintenance Downtime Banner showing on the Game Client's ticker currently?

I have managed to make the region selection button work - on the tenth or fiffteenth attempt ...

I had the same thing happen to me but with the Urbie.
Not to mention the game in general got more unstable after the patch (longer loading times, being kicked off of games, frozen loading screens even when going to testing grounds)
