OMG stop it please.
This suppose to be a sim.
I think.
But anyway ya gots to earn yur chops here pug.
I want a Fozzie Bear Holo PGI.
Fozzie Bear is just plain Cool!
MechWarrior games are a hybrid. They are a SIM and a FPS Mixed as one. It is not a twitch based FPS, it is more of a thinking man's FPS - is the way I would explain it.
The basic outlaying problem is there is no strong tutorial in this game yet. While they are videos, not everyone looks at videos. There is no way to practice either with NPCs. Building confidence is important to a person, many people also like a challenge as well - but if they do not know WHY they are being destroyed then it can be very disheartening.
I love MWO; however, I do want more - which is why I take breaks. Community Warefare or some new way to get people encourage is the way to go - IMHO.

I remember hearing this since Closed Beta. It was even rumored that by 2012 the game would be "live." I do not mind them taking their time - but it seems to be a crawl. Throwing a few mechs and maps is fine - but new types of matches and community warfare beta would be something I want to hear.
